My mom sent this article from Parent Dish. It begs the question: Why is that you need a license for a car but not to have kids? Maybe it is just me.

You know I believe that none of the content the journalist on that site posted........had ANYTHING to do with child abuse or needing a license to parent. From what I've seen people are just trying to sensationalize a topic with content that has nothing to do with the actual topic.
